Terms of Use

1. Private and independent service
D R Ayala & Associates Asset Recovery Division is a private public-record research and administrative support company. We are not Clark County, a government agency, a law firm, or a substitute for a licensed attorney. No government office endorses or requires our services.
2. Optional service and direct filing
Hiring D R Ayala & Associates is optional. A possible claimant may contact the Clark County Treasurer's Office and pursue the county claim process without using a recovery company. Government filing requirements and decisions are controlled by the county and applicable law.
3. No legal advice
Website content and preliminary records findings are general and administrative in nature. We do not determine legal entitlement, interpret legal rights for you, represent anyone in court, resolve competing claims, or prepare legal instruments. Questions involving probate, estates, trusts, liens, assignments, competing claims, or litigation may require a Nevada-licensed attorney.
4. No service relationship from an inquiry
Submitting an email, speaking with us, or receiving preliminary information does not retain D R Ayala & Associates. Services begin only after both parties enter an applicable written agreement. That agreement controls the scope of work, fee calculation, authorized costs, termination rights, and other service terms.
5. Fee information
Our written agreement provides for a service fee of no more than 10% of funds successfully recovered when applicable law permits, with no upfront service fee and no service fee when no funds are recovered. Any authorized third-party cost must be disclosed in writing. Review the written agreement before deciding whether to proceed.
6. No guarantee
Public records can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or subject to competing interpretations. We do not guarantee claimant eligibility, approval, the amount available, recovery, or a payment date. Clark County or another appropriate authority makes the final decision.
7. Website accuracy and external links
We work to keep the website accurate but do not promise that every page is complete or current at all times. Official statutes, county forms, and government instructions control over summaries on this website. External links are provided for convenience; third parties control their own websites and content.
8. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, impersonate another person, or copy site content for deceptive or unlawful use.
9. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Notice explains our information practices. We may update these Terms when website features, business practices, or legal requirements change. A signed service agreement controls over these website Terms concerning the services covered by that agreement.
