D R Ayala & Associates Asset Recovery Division is a private public-record research and administrative support company located at 304 S. Jones Blvd #7508, Las Vegas, Nevada 89107. We are not affiliated with Clark County or any government agency.

2. Information we may collect

When you prepare and send an inquiry, we may receive information you choose to provide, including:

• Your name, email address, and telephone number.
• Your stated connection to a property.
• A Clark County APN and property address.
• Brief notes included in your email.

We may also research information found in public tax, deed, court, probate, and other government records. Our website host and ordinary technical service providers may process standard device, browser, IP-address, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the website.

3. How the intake works

The intake button prepares a message in your device's email application. The website does not itself submit the completed form to a D R Ayala & Associates database. Your message is transmitted only after you review it and press Send in your email application. Ordinary email may not be secure.

4. How we use information

• To locate and review the public record connected to your inquiry.
• To respond to you and explain possible administrative next steps.
• To provide services authorized by a separate written agreement.
• To maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with service providers acting for us, with a government office when you authorize claim-related assistance, with professional advisers when appropriate, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not intentionally use this website for cross-site behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, provide authorized services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete contact information we maintain, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us not to sell covered information; our current practice is not to sell it. Requests may be sent to drayala@draassociates.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester's identity.
